Growth. Guidance. Community.
The YMCA Young Men’s Leadership Circle is a premier mentorship and character-development program designed for male youth aged 11–18. Grounded in the YMCA core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, this initiative pairs emerging young men with adult mentors and peer model teen leaders to build basic leadership skills, instill a passion for community involvement, and foster social responsibility.
Built on a model of reciprocal reward, participants don’t just receive guidance—they earn active stakes in their community. To reinforce commitment and remove financial barriers, all active program enrollees receive a free YMCA Youth Membership during the school year.
